The tempest by William Shakespeare

Here you have an interesting rendition of this play, an animated and subtitled one.. After watching all 3 clips (It's not that hard, people - less than half an hour), write a summary of the play. Real simple, just like we've done it before. The only diference is you will post the summary based on what happens in each clip.  8 sentences for each one.

Later on i'll be uploding your plays and the feedback on your comments.

Then the enchanter told his daughter to sleep while he spoke with a kind of fayri, then he visited his slave caliban. A young man came and his daughter fell in love with him. at the end antonio and the treasurer tried to kill the duke. really this play is so confusive all the characters looks like the rest and have an old language so i dont understanding it...

  2. It begins with a strong storm unleashed by Ariel (she is like a spirit of the air, who Prospero uses to exercise its magical power) because Prospero divined that his brother, Antonio, who banished the kingdom is on a ship passing close by the island. Prospero makes the crews are on the need to reach the island. Propero wants revenge on Antonio. Prospero has the company of his daughter Miranda and rests with his many books devoted to the study and knowledge of Magic. Ariel fulfill with the command of Prospero. Miranda meets Fernando, son of the King of Naples, with the purpose of them fall in love. The second clip is about Caliban is thrown to the ground so you will not discover the geniuses who sends Happy to torture. But there happens Trinculo, jester shipwreck survivor who takes refuge from the rain under the layer of Caliban. Then comes the lush Esteban and gives drink to Caliban, who is worshiped as a god and promises to serve. The three get drunk and go together. Prospero authorizes marriage between her daughter and Fernando. Prospero suddenly recalls that Caliban, the drunk and the jester come to kill him. Prospero sets a trap for the three ruffians in his grotto while having fun with shiny dresses. This story ends in a great joy. The wise Prospero forgives his brother and claimed his place. Caliban repents, asks his master to forgive him. The ship is repaired for Ariel and Miranda expresses her love for Fernando, thereby fulfilling the classic structure of comedy. It is Crazy jejeje

  3. Prospero had entrusted the government of Milan to his brother Antonio. But Antonio usurped power and subdued Milan the King of Naples. Thus, Prospero and Miranda were expelled from Milan on a boat that took them to the island where they live. Prospero has caused the storm that has wrecked the boat and the occupants are living all across the island. Then comes Caliban, wild grumpy, who tried to rape Miranda, but Prospero prevented it. Ariel leads to Miranda to Ferdinand, son of the King of Naples. Antonio, Prospero's brother, incites Sebastian to kill his brother King Alonso while sleeping. But Ariel avoided assassination. Alonso looking for his son, but Antonio and Sebastian think he is dead.

Caliban is thrown to the ground so you will not discover the geniuses who sends Happy to torture. Trinculo, jester shipwreck survivor, takes refuge from the rain under the layer of Caliban. drunkard Stephano arrives. The three get drunk and go together. Miranda and Ferdinand then declare their love. Prospero, make varied music sounds in all island. King Alonso and everyone else they hear. Prospero authorizes marriage between her daughter and Fernando. Prospero sets a trap to the three ruffians in his grotto, sends a pack of dogs that are put to flight.

It is now the sixth hour, and with it the end of the work of Prospero, demiurge of the play. It addresses Alonso, King of Naples Sebastian, brother of the king, and his brother Antonio, and forgives all and claimed his place. Prospero shows her daughter playing chess with Fernando. Alonso is wonderful to see his son. finally, comes Esteban, Trinculo and Caliban, which promises to be more reasonable forward to serve Prospero. Ariel is released, having supported very effectively to Prospero. Everything ends with an epilogue that Prospero recites, which declares abandoned magic.

  4. the first vĂdeo is about what the characters do and how it begins the story. for example Prospero was like kind of magician that he had three brothers which they wasn't good with him. one of them were the king of naples and also had a daughter. he and she were shipwrecked and they were on an island. and Prospero made a kind of spell to the ship that his brothers were with many people , this spell had as a resulted the tempest. he made other spell to his daughter sleep while he talked with Ariel about what happened
with he ship and ariel said to him that everybody were safe. then appears a slave who before he tried to violate Miranda, but Prospero prevented it. then the son of the king arrived and he fell in love with miranda , but prospero was not agree with that. because he said he was traitor as his father. then the king was looking his son on the island but Antonio and Sebastian think he is dead.
the second video begins when Caliban drops to the floor so you will not discover the geniuses who sends Prospero to torture him. then Bufon y Esteban get drunk and go together. fernado and Miranda declare his love.
