These ones are more relevant to me: 1. Find a subject you are interested in. 2. Reduce Distractions 3. Read Alone 4. Read in Phrases but don´t skim 5. Take breaks when necessary
When I look for something to read I must be interested in the theme of the reading, otherwise I will just read as fast and possible just to finish. But if Im interested I will take my time and I will look for the right time when I can be by myself and have as less distraction as possible. In that way I will get the essence of the read fully.
